Across 28 structured lessons you will explore the theology of leadership and development, prophetic and justice-driven decision-making, spiritual formation under pressure, strategic thinking and innovation, and the ethics of power and organisational culture. Every lesson is grounded in Scripture and designed for immediate application to your real context — not abstract theory. This programme is delivered 100% online at your own pace, with online facilitator support throughout. It includes weekly knowledge assessments and a 4-task integrative written assignment that draws directly from your own ministry, professional, or community experience. Upon successful completion you will receive an ISOS CPD Certificate of Completion recognised by The CPD Group, recording 45 hours of structured continuing professional development.
